Another Custom Blog is now complete at last

Just to mention there was some slight issues with paulas computer she is using internet exploer 6, which dosnt surport clear(transparnt) images called PNG Files,
So if you are using Internet exploer 6 or below, UPDATE! or best still get firefox
You could be missing out on lots of nice things on peoples blogs

Here is what it looks like when using internet exploer 6 or below
you see the Grey Boxes? around the top left image ,
and the grey box around her titles ( there is more down the page)

so i urge people using OLD versions to update there systems , its simple to do.

It is a real shame some people let things down for others, Now i could just let it slide, and carry on, but its not just once its happening, Which means if i carry on it can happen again!

So from now on if people want a new Facelift, they can use one of the FREE PRE Designed Templates which can be found on right hand side of this blog,
And if they want a custom one they will have to pay, which really isn't what i wanted to do .

The idea was to give people out the kindness of my heart a chance to get there blogs all jazzed up, that aren't able to do this sort of thing themselves, and due to it being so tight with pennies because of Christmas it was a little gift from me, Already the work i have done/doing for FREE for people would of cost over £400!!!
as normal rates are £12 for a complete blog facelift & install.

I love Donnas ( yes she is called Donna also - Luvocardz) so much i wanted to keep it myself as they are my fav colours to work with, that and chocolate & pink.

To apply this background, follow the following steps (REQUIRED)

***Rest Assured if you follow the below steps correctly, You will NOT loose any information such as links, widgets, or html codes or Posts!***

First of all you must Switch Blogger Templates.
You Must make sure your Template is set to Minima.
Do this this follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to Blogger. This will take you to your Dashboard.
2. Under the Blog you wish to make changes to, Click on Layout.
3. Then click on Choose New Template, Scroll down and find MINIMA
4. click on Minima and then click Save Template.
You are now ready to custom your blog with one of the headers & backgrounds on this blog.

Now for the Fun bit to change your Background to the above image:

Sign in to Blogger. This will take you to your Dashboard.
Under the blog you wish to change the background for, click on Layout.
You are now in the Add and Arrange Page Elements screen. Click Add a Gadget.
You are now in the Add a Gadget Screen. You'll see where it says HTML/JavaScript. Click on the + ( plus button to add ).
You are now in the Configure HTML/JavaScript Screen. You see the first box for a title ( leave this blank ) then your see below "Content" Copy the Below text that is in RED, then Paste the entire RED TEXT (HTML) code in to that Box, Then press Save.

Please do not share these items with your friends, No passing via Emails, Forums etc.

I am Very sorry to those of you who have been waiting for the "FREE" blog make over
But due to work commitments *and homelife* i have had to scale the list right down.
I am very sorry to those of you have had to be removed from the list, but i just dont have the time to do them for free.
When i have paid work to get done i hope you understand
Most of the blogs that were removed from the list either already had pretty backgrounds on ( so you know where to get them from or do them yourself)
Once these blogs have been completed i will have more free time to be able to produce a couple of "free" blog Backgrounds for people to use, But no FREE Custom work will be done, of any sort!

How to Keep The Backgrounds/Headers FREE!

Remember to keep these items Free you MUST Save the images to your own Hosting,
( I recommend Photobucket , its Free )

To do this Simply Follow the steps below:

Right Click on your mouse
For Firefox users: look for "View background Image" and click onto it, Then Right Click again and save to your Computer, For Internet Explorer users: look for "Save Background", which then saves to your computer.
Once you have done one of the following above, Open up your file hosting like Photobucket, And upload the image from your pc to your host,Finally once uploaded you will see a code that looks like this: http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o177/Sample.jpg Which is Called a Direct Link Url
You then need to Copy this and replace the Image Code found in the html code that you used to install your Background/Header with.

( which when you first grabbed the code from this site, the Code that needs replacing with your own Host, was in GREEN)
